Ordering & Payment

How do I change/cancel my order?

We can't change an order once it has been placed. We can try to cancel your order before it ships so you can place another order with the correct items. Please send us an email to info@chimerafightx.com with the subject line "CANCEL ORDER (Order number)" and we will do our best to assist you.

How long will it take for Customer Service to respond?

You can expect to receive a response from our customer service team within 1-3 business days.

Who is responsible for international taxes and duty fees?

Taxes and duties incurred by each country on imported items are the customer's responsibility. Custom fees are based on the total value of the products entering your country. 

Shipping & Tracking

How long do orders take to ship?

All orders will be shipped out within 2-3 business days of being placed.

Free shipping is available on orders $30+ in the U.S. only.

My tracking information says my package was delivered but I never received it?

In the rare instance that your tracking number shows “delivered”  but you never received your package, we ask that you file a “lost” package claim with the shipping carrier:

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide. International customers may choose from a range of shipping options.

 

 

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If you are returning a product, we will refund you the price of the original order excluding shipping costs within 7-14 business days after we receive the product in returnable condition at our warehouse. If you are exchanging a product, we will issue you store credit within 7-14 business days after we receive the product in exchangeable condition at our warehouse. We will pay for the return shipping for all US exchange orders. Returns can be refunded back to the original payment method or come in the form of store credit. We cannot offer free return shipping for international orders or refunds on Customs or Duties.

What is the status of my Return or Exchange?

Please allow 3-5 business days from the time we receive your package to process your return/exchange.

 

I received the wrong item. How do I correct my order?

Please send an email with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item we sent you to info@chimerafightx.com. We will immediately send you the correct item with a prepaid return label so that you can return the incorrect item.
